Books

Q1: How can I place an order? 

A: Ordering books from our website is easy. Simply browse through our collection, select the book/s you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page to provide your shipping and payment details and confirm your order. 

Q2: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and fawry. The available payment options will be displayed during the checkout process. 

Q3: How long does it take to receive my order? 

A: The delivery time depends on your location within Egypt. Typically, orders are processed and shipped 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time will be provided to you during the checkout process. 

Q4: Can I track the status of my order? 

A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number from Bosta via message/email once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. 

Q5: What if I receive a damaged or defective item? 

A: We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our books. However, if you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. 

Q6: How can I place a special order for books? 

A: To place a special order for books, please follow these steps:

a- Contact our bookstore via phone at +201066870021 from 10 AM – 10 PM.

b- Inform our staff about the specific book(s) you are looking for and provide any necessary details such as the title, author, edition, and ISBN (if available).

c- Our staff will assist you in checking the availability and estimated delivery time for the requested book(s).

d- If the book(s) is available for ordering, our staff will provide you with the price and any additional information regarding the order.

e- To proceed with the special order, you will be required to leave a downpayment quote (250 LE standard for all books under 1000 LE, or 50% if over 1000 LE) which will be deducted from the total cost of the book(s) upon their arrival.

f- Once the deposit is received, our staff will initiate the order process with our suppliers.

g- The books should arrive at our bookstore within approximately 3 months from the date of placing the order.

h- We will notify you as soon as the book(s) arrive and are ready for pickup or we can arrange for delivery, depending on your preference. 

Q7: Can I get a refund if I cancel the special order? 

The Special Order Policy

a- A deposit is only refundable if the book is still not available within three months from receiving the down-payment.

b- A deposit is only refundable if the publisher informs the bookstore that the title is currently unavailable or out of stock when the order is placed.

c- In the case of another devaluation by the Central Bank and a repricing of the books occurs before the arrival of the order, a maximum increase of 15% may be added to the total price.

Artworks

Q1: Are the artworks on your website original? 

A: Yes, all the artworks featured on our website are original pieces created by talented artists. We take pride in promoting and supporting artists by showcasing their unique creations. 

Q2: How are the artworks packaged for shipping? 

A: We ensure that all artworks are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Paintings are usually wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy packaging to prevent damage. 

Q3: Can I return an artwork if I change my mind? 

A: As artworks are often unique and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive an artwork that is significantly different from its description or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service and we will address the issue accordingly. 

Q4: Do you offer framing services? 

A: No, we do not offer framing services. However, we provide detailed information about the dimensions and recommended framing options for each artwork on our website. 

Q5: Can I request custom artwork? 

A: Some artists on our platform may offer custom artwork commissions. Please contact our customer service with your specific requirements, and we will check if any of our artists can fulfill your request.
