Roshan El-Qurashi is a visual artist based in Cairo, Egypt. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Helwan Universty. In 2015 she participated and the student council Program by Studio Khana for Contemporary Art. In her artistic practice, Roshan focuses on the human condition’s fragility, emphasising how easily our emotions can change and how we have a tendency to respond to that. Her work consistently explores the struggles that humans face in various states of being. Roshan has participated in several group Exhibitions in Cairo, Alexandria, and Venice since 2016.
